Mc4 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the mc4 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the mc4 platform through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use mc4's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mc4 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use any services on this platform.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
- Use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your area of residence.
- Mc4 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on mc4. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and valid payment details.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. mc4 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact mc4 customer support immediately. You are fully accountable for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on any other platform.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- Keep your account information updated whenever your personal details change.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available for added security.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Mc4 users agree to use this platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using software, bots, or automated tools to manipulate any game or platform system.
- Coluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways that conflict with the stated conditions.
- Engaging in any form of fraud or identity misrepresentation during registration or transactions.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use yours.
- Spreading misleading or malicious information about the mc4 platform.
Mc4 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including freezing funds and reporting cases to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the mc4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). mc4 accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX, Maybank2u, and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are set according to the payment method used and the user's account verification level.
All funds deposited into your mc4 account are solely for in-platform entertainment and may not be treated as savings or investments. Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your mc4 account. mc4 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment processors.
- Minimum deposit: varies by payment method, starting from RM 20.
- Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 for all payment methods.
- Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 1 business day, depending on the method.
- All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate rollover requirements.
- Mc4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Mc4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of funds due to technical faults, service disruptions, or user error. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and mc4 makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mc4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms breach, fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Any legitimate balance remaining in an account closed for technical or business reasons will be returned to the user within a specified period after the verification process is complete. Funds linked to fraudulent activity or terms violations may not be recoverable.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mc4 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of mc4 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mc4.
Third-Party Links
The mc4 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as game providers and payment processors. mc4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mc4 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users will be informed of significant changes via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mc4 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed while the remaining terms continue in full force and effect. mc4's failure to enforce any right under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
